How do I remove cookie popups?
Cookie popups are modal windows that show up on some websites, asking visitors for consent to use cookies. These modal windows may sometimes prevent or interfere with browser interaction, and can be very unwelcome when taking screenshots.
Browserbear can attempt to remove these popups with the Remove Modal action.
- Ensure you're giving the popup enough time to load either by using a Wait action, networkidle in the Go action, or the Wait for Selector action.
- Add the Remove Modal action afterwards
The Wait for Selector action will require an XPath or CSS Selector for the cookie popup.
